These companies help us run and support the Data Dashboard. We give each one only the information it needs for its job.

| Cloudflare | Hosts the website, protects and routes web traffic, and stores files submitted through supported features. | Web requests, device and network details, and files you choose to submit. |
| Clerk | Provides sign-in, account identity, and session security. | Your name, email address, login methods, and session details. |
| OpenAI | Provides AI-assisted summaries, answers, file reading, and suggestions. | The minimum text, business data, or files needed to answer your request. This may include minimized accounting labels, amounts, and your answers when you use an AI-assisted expense review. We remove direct identifiers when practical, and API data is not used to train OpenAI models. |
| Resend | Sends account, onboarding, and support email. | Email addresses, email content, delivery details, and attachments you choose to submit. |
| Google Workspace | Provides our business email and support tools. | Messages and files you send to our business or support email addresses. |
A store, ad account, CRM, affiliate network, or other platform that you connect is not our subprocessor. You direct us to exchange data with that platform, and your agreement with that platform controls its use of the data.
We update this page when the list changes. If our agreement with you requires advance notice of a new subprocessor, we will give that notice as stated in the agreement.
